Policy Advisory Board
The California Heat Pump Partnership’s Public Policy Board provides strategic guidance to ensure that the HPP’s initiatives and outcomes align with state policies and contribute to achieving California’s climate and energy efficiency goals. The Public Policy Board is composed of representatives from the California Energy Commission, California Public Utilities Commission, California Air Resources Board, and the Office of Governor Newsom.

Market Advisory Board
The California Heat Pump Partnership’s Market Advisory Board advises on market trends, barriers, and opportunities to accelerate the adoption of heat pumps, ensuring alignment with California’s climate goals. The Market Advisory Board includes members from manufacturers representing more than 90% of the U.S. consumer heat pump market, power providers, and other market leaders.
